Okay, So It's Not Poison Ivy!

I called my OB about the poison ivy and she said it didn't sound like poison ivy but I could take benadryl for another day or two and then go to a dermatologist. Hubby's dad is a doctor, so when we went over for our usual Friday night dinner with his family, Hubby's father said that is wasn't poison ivy, but rather just some allergic reaction. He recommended benadryl, which I've already been taking for three days.Okay, this is day five now and every night my non-poison ivy multiplies! I now have 9 splotches and nothing is helping!! And it's the weekend...
Last night I seem to have developed some WEIRD back/side pain that last for three minutes at a time and makes me very nauseous. It seemed to coincide with what I think are Braxton Hicks contractions that actually hurt for the first time (they normally don’t hurt). I almost got scared about going into preterm labor, but decided to wait it out and see what happens. Of course, nothing happened. I’ll just chalk it up to almost-third-trimester weirdness.
I still need to get rid of this non-poison-ivy that's driving me crazy. I hope baby doesn't have it!
