Who Lives In This Kind Of Chaos?

I was looking through online real estate listings for a house that my recently widowed mom might like. She's selling her house and will be moving here at the end of the month (long sap story). We're trying to find her a nice house our suburb so that she'll be close by and comfortable.
I came across a listing with these photos. Who lives in this chaos? Believe it or not, the caption under the photo (keep in mind that this is from a professional real estate website) reads: "Outrageously delightful decorum!"
And it's not just their living room! The caption under this photo reads: "Dining with a flair for color!"
Photo's caption reads: "Room to work out sumptuous living!"
Their real estate agent should have told them to put their crap away before taking picures! The caption reads: "Finely prepared viands for all occasions!" 
But gee, their priorities are in the right place - look at their clean and uncluttered bathroom. The caption below the photo reads: "Bathing deluxe!"
Maybe I'm being harsh, but I have my house on the market too. In comparison, the decor looks very sparse. 
I could use some paintings and such, but everything except furniture has been moved to our current house.

My first thought? It must be owned by a really old couple that has 60 years of "stuff", but when I looked more at the "stuff", I don't think it belongs to older people. I think they just have too.much.stuff.
And the house that you are trying to sell...so lovely!! What's the latest on that?? -

Your house is much nicer, ack - I hate the clutter in those other pictures. That house would make me gasp for air.
