A Great Way To Represent Your Company...
Saturday, December 23, 2006
If you're the Verizon FiOS installation guy the best way to represent your company is to:
- Spend three hours trying to install your product then say you have to come back the next day because no one at "corporate" is answering your call for help.
- Pee in the customer's yard - especially if its a new home and there are women and children around.
- Both of the above.
ANSWER: C. Both of the above.
I don't care that the guy didn't get it installed the first time, but I do care that he peed in my yard!!! Hello! We have toilets. In fact, we have 6 toilets! He was more than welcome to use one or two or even try them all! What ind of a person pees in someone else' yard? Gee, great way to represent Verizon.
I asked Hubby what he did when he caught the guy and he said, "I told him that it was still my territory".
It must be a guy thing. Maybe all service people do this. We had some guys working on our yard for the last two days and they never once asked for the bathroom. Geez, we probably have lots of pee and god only knows what else in our yard now.

Are you flipping serious? I'd have totally called his supervisor and lay down some serious screaming. GROSS!
Did your husband really say that to him? Awesome! - At 7:56 AM, Avorie said...

Yep... It really happened this way.
I thought about calling Verizon, but I never did.
