Brisket Anyone?

I just ordered over $200 worth of brisket meat for Passover! Gosh, I hope I don't screw it up.Until Lilly started eating, the only thing I could cook was Jell-O and Easy Mac. Now I can make Jell-O, Easy Mac, and baby finger foods. And I'm going to cook an 18 lb kosher brisket for 40 guests? G-d help me, huh?

Good Luck!! When I went to uni I couldn't cook and then lived with three lads who LOVED roast dinners so I had to learn the basics very quickly - but it terrified me each time and I haven't cooked one since lol
