Sleep Bras: The Next Best Thing To Sliced Bread
Sunday, October 23, 2005
Ahahhhhhhaaa! I finally found some comfortable sleep bras. What a difference they make! I was sleeping a t-shirt, but it gets tangled up at night and every time I roll over, I have to re-adjust it. No more! These bras are supper comfortable and don't move on me.
I can't say it helped my sleep though. For the last couple of months, my nose has been so congested at night that I have to breathe through my mouth. I find myself snoring for the first time ever. And it's just getting worse. According to my hubby, who now has to wear ear-plugs (can you imagine!!), I snore five times, snort, and wake up only to repeat the process over again the whole darn night. I think it must be sleep apnea. Whatever it is, it's extremely annoying because between that and having to get up to use the bathroom 5 or 6 times each night, I'm not getting much sleep! Supposedly this is nature's way of preparing you for a newborn. I beg to differ. It seems like nature would let the mother sleep well, which would help the baby develop. This sleep/oxygen deprivation thing is probably not good for baby.
