Leg Cramp Update

The extra yogurt smoothies seem to have paid off. I haven't had a leg cramp in several days. Of course, my leg cramps seem to have been replaced by night time hip pain. I think I need more pillows around me and room to move around in bed. They are probably hurting from lack of movement now that I only have to get up and use the bathroom 6 or so times a night as opposed to 12 during the first trimester and the first half of the second trimester.

Am so jealous that you aren't having any more leg cramps.

Please tell me that you don't really get up that many times to go to the bathroom? I get up once (1 am) every night and can't imagine any more than that!!

Ohmygod!!! My life would be bliss if I only got up once! I seriously used to get up 10-12 times a night. Now it's down to 5 or 6, which is much more reasonable. The only thing that keeps me sane is that I don't have to work. So, if I have a rough night, I simply sleep in a bit.
