HypnoBirthing Update

Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, we postponed this week's hypnobirthing class until next week. Right around the same time I signed up for the class, I also ordered the HypBirth Program online. I know, it's probably duplicating what I'll learn in class, but I got a good deal on it and it contains more CD's than the class (8 vs 1). Besides, we all know I go overboard on everything!
The package arrived today. Don't you love the UPS guy? I was reading through the materials and it says not to start the program until the 33rd week of pregnancy. I'll probably watch the 1.5 hour DVD tomorrow and not listen to the 8 CD's for a few more weeks.
The cover of the DVD says that 80% of the people who use this program have their babies in less than 6 hours. After hearing about my friend's 30+ and 24+ hour labors, I'd gladly welcome 6 hours! It should be interesting.
