Hmmm.... This is rather pointless, but still cool. It's a mini-garden that you can carry around with you. It grows in a nutrient rich gel and doesn't need anything in order to survive for 6-8 months.I wonder where one gets this nutrient rich gel? This could be the answer to my want-to-be green thumb. I could just just plant my green things in this gel and forget about watering them! That would be very cool.
Hmmmm..... I think it's time for an experiment. I'm going to buy some gel and mix it with Miracle Grow (or something similar) and see what happens! Stay tuned...
UPDATE: Gotta love Google. Apparently this gel is available. Ha! I'm going to get some. It won't be quite as cool as creating it myself, but still... Maybe I'll be able to grow plants.
