Leg Cramp Hell
Saturday, October 15, 2005
I've been having severe leg crams almost every night for the past couple of weeks. These are your run-in-the-mill leg crams. I'm talking about those cramps that force you into a fetal position while you pant and trying desperately not to scream. By the time one leg stops cramping (boy does it feel good when it stops), the other takes over. So far, they only happen while I'm in bed. But what happens if they start occurring when I'm driving 70 miles an hour down the tollway?
My mom says I'm not getting enough calcium. If this is what a calcium deficiency does to me, what must it be doing to baby? In addition to my calcium supplements, I'm now drinking 3-4 Horizon Organic yogurt smoothes a day. We'll see if it helps.

Holy crap-I am so sorry to hear about your leg cramps. I had a horrible one last week and seriously....my leg still hurts when I try to go up or down stairs.
I hope yours get better!!!
(and I guess I'd better drink more milk-tell you Mom "thanks" for the suggestion!!)
