Water Overload = Cravings for Cany Corn


Per the advice of my friend, I've been drinking tons of water to help baby's kidney's. The result? Besides the obvious need to frequent the bathroom even more than I already do, I a really want some candy corn. I probably wouldn't have thought of it had I not gone grocery shopping this morning and passed the Halloween section. So far I've resisted, but this afternoon I found myself trying to justify buying candy corn by telling Trevor that it will make me thirstier and therefore help baby!

He didn't buy it. Neither did I. I have to admit, I feel a little guilty. I mostly just crave grapes. I cannot get enough of them, but since they are fruit, I let myself indulge and eat as many grapes as I want (usually about a pound every day). I simply can't indulge in candy corns. My diet is far from perfect, but candy corns have no nutritional value:

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Salt, Honey, Soy Protein, Gelatin, Confectioner's Glaze, Dextrose, Artificial Flavor, Titanium Dioxide Color, Artificial Colors (Yellow 6, Yellow 5, Red 3, Blue 1)
