Pregnancy Clusters?

Last month, I found out that the couple two houses down from us is expecting a baby the first week of March. That seemed like a strange coincidence. But last night, we found out that the couple that lives our house and their house is expecting a baby in April. So, now we have February, April, and March due dates all in a row. What are the chances of that?
