I got the Blackberry Pearl! I told Hubby that I couldn't justify the price or the features, but he said that if I wanted it, that's the one we should get. Sweet guy I married, huh? He won't spend that kind of money on himself, but he will on me.Anyway, the phone is every bit as cool as I had hoped. It's miles above any other phone I've tried. I'm already addicted to the email and web browsing on the go, but that service involves a monthly fee, so I don't think I'll continue it past this month. I can use text messages instead and they are free on our plan.
Lilly was so cute. She held my new phone up to her ear and said, "Hello" then with both hands, held the phone in front of her while walking around and saying, "Wow, wow, wow". That's her latest thing - everything is "Wow"!
We got the pool fence installed today. Rather than fencing the pool, we put a wrought iron fence between the porch columns to block off the porch from the pool area. It looks much better than I had anticipated. Now Lilly can play outside safely. I picked up a 4 dollar baby pool for her. It's going to be great for playing rocks, sand, or finger painting as well as splashing around on warm days. Ahhhhh! Life is good.
