What Now?

Passover was a huge success. We had 37 people over for a four course meal. I could never have done it with out the help of my mother and Hubby's entire family. Especially since I smashed my finger in the door the day before. Now it's all black and I'm hoping the nail won't fall off.
Now that it's over I need a new project. The sewing thing didn't go so well. I suck at sewing - except baby clothes. I made some cute summer things for Lilly.
So, what else can I try? Cooking maybe? I'm a terrible cook, so maybe now is the time to learn. After all, we have a beautiful and spacious kitchen. Besides, I'm now on a budget - a self imposed one, but a budget none the less. Money just seems to disappear and we should be saving more than we are. So, I downloaded Microsoft Money and created a budget so we can see where all our money is going. Part of the problem is that we bought a few major things after moving (like patio furniture and pool fence).
Anyway, learning to cook should keep me somewhat occupied while not spending all that much money.

I was anxious to hear how it all went. Do you have picture to post? I'd love to see how the tables turned out.
Sorry about the finger.
Hum...something new? I think watching your money and tracking your budget is a great thing to do. I'm sure you will learn a lot. - At 1:23 PM, Amanda and Tim said...
